Achim Lippoth is a renowned photographer and filmmaker from Cologne but educated in Manchester. Achim is a specialist in, and exclusively shoots, images and films of children.
Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, DDB Worldwide, Grey Worldwide, Jung von Matt and Leo Burnett Worldwide have all commissioned Achim.
His photographic work has been published in Blackbook, New York Times Magazine, Details, Stern, Vogue Italia and Vogue Nippon.
Audi, AOL, Lego, McDonalds, American Eagle, Lexus and Lufthansa are among his customer base.
In 1995 he began publishing the children’s fashion magazine Kid’s Wear, Bruce Weber calls this “the most beautiful magazine in the world”. Kid’s Wear features Achim’s work as well as photography by Nan Goldin, Shelby Lee Adams, Jessica Craig-Martin, Takashi Homma, Anton Corbijn, Martin Parr and Weber himself.
